• Each member is entitled to travel on any sector serviced by Go-Air Bookings valid only on direct flights (Single take off Single landing only)on Economy class (Go-Smart).
• Bookings have to be done 24 hours prior to travel date.
• Booking will be done through Go-Air call centres only.
• Each voucher can be redeemed only once.
• Please quote the voucher number and unique password at the time of booking.
• Travel validity till 8th December 2010, barring days from 26th October 2010 to 15th November 2010.
• Only one voucher per passenger per segment can be used in a booking.
• The booking of tickets is subject to ticket availability. No changes are permitted within 2 hours of scheduled departure.
• Cancellations & rescheduling charges are applicable as per Go-Air policy and there is no refund if the passenger is a 'no show'.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or be clubbed with any other promotional offer.
• If the voucher is lost, it cannot be re–issued.
• The passenger should agree to remain bound by the terms & conditions on the voucher as well as Citizen's Charter as displayed on www.GoAir.in
• Refunds are not allowed against unutilized / lapsed / lost vouchers.
• The passenger is solely responsible for the security and protection of the voucher number and the unique password provided.
• A valid photo identity card must be carried by the passenger at the time of check in.
• Any employee, relative or agency of Go-Air and Provogue (I) Ltd. are not allowed to participate in this promotion.
• Go-Air reserves the right to cancel / modify / change / alter any segment of ticket/s. either partly or fully, at its sole discretion without assigning any reason, whatsoever, at any point prior to completion of the passenger's journey.
• In case of any travel related dispute the decision of Go-Air management would be final.
• All the disputes under this offer are subject to jurisdiction of Mumbai only.
